You may cancel at any time via email at [support@dreamatlas.co], but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for prior payments.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
However, we stand by our Clarity Guarantee:

You’ll walk away with a complete, working lead magnet system and clear next steps — or we’ll keep working until you do.

All content, branding, AI systems, copy, designs, and software created or provided by Dream Atlas Co. are our intellectual property.

When you purchase a custom lead magnet or system, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the finished materials for your own business marketing.

You may not:

  • Claim ownership of our templates, systems, or proprietary AI tools

  • Resell, redistribute, or replicate them without permission

We respect your privacy. Any business or marketing information shared during projects is kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver your purchased service.

We make every effort to deliver services on time as outlined during purchase (e.g., 14-day launch guarantee).
However, timelines may vary based on client responsiveness, content submission, or unforeseen technical issues.

7️⃣ Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may include integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ConvertKit, Zapier, Wix, or CustomGPT).
Dream Atlas Co. is not responsible for third-party outages, data loss, or functionality changes.
You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with these providers.

Success depends on various factors beyond our control — including your offer, pricing, audience, and execution.

We do not make promises of income, performance, or specific growth outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Atlas Co. and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Errors, omissions, or delays in service delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.
